Qnexts Ticketing / MICROPLAN

Privacy policy

Effective 22 October 2026

01Who we are

Qnexts Ticketing (Qnexts-ticketing) is provided by microplan. This policy covers this app and its product website. Contact microplan82+service@gmail.com about privacy. The store operating a queue also determines how it uses its customer and operational records.

02Information used by the service

Queue selections, party size, contact details where required, notice acceptance, ticket requests, device pairing/session credentials, printer configuration and print-task status are processed to operate the terminal. We also process app and operating-system versions, language, network information, IP addresses and limited error or security records needed to deliver and protect the service. Information you send to support is used to address your request.

03Why information is processed

Information supports authorised access, queue and ticket operations, store coordination, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse. Store staff should only enter information needed for service. A queue request does not itself authorise unrelated marketing.

04Device access and local storage

Network access connects the terminal to the store service. Supported Bluetooth printers require Bluetooth access. On older Android versions, discovery may require location permission due to Android’s Bluetooth permission model; this is used for printer discovery, not location tracking. The app may retain language preferences and session or device credentials needed for authorised access. The website stores only your selected language in browser storage; it has no advertising or analytics scripts. Clearing browser storage does not delete server records.

05Infrastructure and service providers

Hosting and delivery use Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare infrastructure. Native app versions use the DCloud uni-app engine, which may process device, app, network and diagnostic information for runtime operation; see the DCloud App Engine privacy policy linked below. Supported print hardware uses its device services. If you choose a messaging or email service, that provider processes the information you send under its own policy.

06Access, security and international processing

Authorised store staff can access records for their store. Infrastructure providers process information to operate the service, and information may be disclosed when legally required. Access controls, secure transport and credential protections reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries different from your location. Contact us for information relevant to your store and request.

07Retention and your choices

Operational records are retained as needed for the service, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. The applicable period depends on the record and store context. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. We verify authority and explain any information that must be retained. This website does not perform automatic account deletion.

08Children and policy changes

The staff and terminal-management functions are intended for authorised operators, not for children to create staff accounts. A responsible adult should provide details for a visiting party where appropriate. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date appears on this page.
